1. Returns Duration
You have 30 days from the receipt of your product to request a return or exchange.
2. Return Criteria
- Must be unused.
- Must be in the original packaging.
- Must be in the same condition as received.
3. Processing Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of your refund status. Refunds are processed according to UK consumer law.
